These terms govern the use of the my.supervoice.eu customer portal (the "Portal") provided by Supervoice. Together with your subscriber agreement and the Supervoice privacy policy (available at www.supervoice.eu), they form the conditions under which the Portal is offered. Where these terms conflict with the general terms of your subscriber agreement, these terms prevail for the Portal only.
Οι παρόντες όροι διέπουν τη χρήση του portal πελατών my.supervoice.eu της Supervoice. Μαζί με τη σύμβαση συνδρομητή και την Πολιτική Απορρήτου της Supervoice (διαθέσιμη στο www.supervoice.eu) αποτελούν τους όρους παροχής της υπηρεσίας. Σε περίπτωση σύγκρουσης με τους γενικούς όρους, οι παρόντες υπερισχύουν μόνο ως προς το Portal.
Through the Portal you can, indicatively: view your company, contract (SVAPP) and trunk information; view the connection state of your equipment; view call records; view invoices, payments and your outstanding balance and download invoice documents; manage call forwarding (CFA/CFU); manage the trunk access list; and restrict or allow international calling. The available functions may be extended or modified over time.
Μέσω του Portal μπορείτε ενδεικτικά: να βλέπετε στοιχεία εταιρείας, συμβολαίων (SVAPP) και trunks· την κατάσταση σύνδεσης του εξοπλισμού σας· τις κλήσεις σας· λογαριασμούς, πληρωμές και υπόλοιπο, με λήψη παραστατικών· να διαχειρίζεστε εκτροπές (CFA/CFU), τη λίστα πρόσβασης του trunk και τον περιορισμό διεθνών κλήσεων. Οι λειτουργίες ενδέχεται να επεκτείνονται ή να τροποποιούνται.
Portal accounts are issued by Supervoice to the subscriber's registered contact details. Access requires your password and a second factor (authenticator app). You are responsible for keeping your password, authenticator device and recovery codes confidential and for all actions performed with them. Actions carried out through your account are deemed to originate from you and to be approved by you. Notify us immediately at 13860 if you suspect unauthorized access.
Οι λογαριασμοί Portal εκδίδονται από τη Supervoice στα δηλωμένα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας του συνδρομητή. Η πρόσβαση απαιτεί κωδικό και δεύτερο παράγοντα (εφαρμογή authenticator). Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τη φύλαξη των διαπιστευτηρίων και για όλες τις ενέργειες που γίνονται με αυτά· οι ενέργειες μέσω του λογαριασμού σας θεωρείται ότι προέρχονται από εσάς. Ειδοποιήστε μας αμέσως στο 13860 για ύποπτη χρήση.
Changes you make in the Portal — such as call forwarding, access list entries or international call restriction — apply to your live telephony service, normally within minutes. You are responsible for the consequences of such changes, including charges arising from calls forwarded to destinations you configured. For every change we send a notification to your registered email.
Οι αλλαγές που κάνετε στο Portal — εκτροπές, λίστα πρόσβασης, περιορισμός διεθνών κλήσεων — εφαρμόζονται άμεσα στην υπηρεσία τηλεφωνίας σας. Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τις συνέπειές τους, συμπεριλαμβανομένων χρεώσεων από εκτρεπόμενες κλήσεις. Για κάθε αλλαγή αποστέλλεται ειδοποίηση στο δηλωμένο email σας.
The Portal gives you access to your invoices and call detail in electronic form for at least the last twelve (12) billing periods. Invoice documents available in the Portal are identical to those sent to your registered billing email. You are deemed to have knowledge of an invoice within five (5) working days from its issue date.
Το Portal παρέχει πρόσβαση στους λογαριασμούς και την ανάλυση κλήσεων σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή για τουλάχιστον τους τελευταίους δώδεκα (12) λογαριασμούς. Τα παραστατικά είναι πανομοιότυπα με όσα αποστέλλονται στο email χρέωσης. Θεωρείται ότι λάβατε γνώση λογαριασμού εντός πέντε (5) εργασίμων ημερών από την έκδοσή του.
Your email address and mobile number are used for security notifications and account recovery. You warrant they belong to you and are active, and you must inform Supervoice without delay of any change.
Το email και το κινητό σας χρησιμοποιούνται για ειδοποιήσεις ασφαλείας και ανάκτηση λογαριασμού. Εγγυάστε ότι σας ανήκουν και είναι ενεργά, και οφείλετε να ενημερώνετε άμεσα τη Supervoice για κάθε αλλαγή.
The information shown in the Portal reflects the records of Supervoice's systems at the time of display. In case of discrepancy between the Portal and the issued invoice documents, the invoice prevails. Obvious errors do not create rights.
Οι πληροφορίες του Portal αποτυπώνουν τα στοιχεία των συστημάτων της Supervoice κατά τον χρόνο εμφάνισης. Σε περίπτωση απόκλισης από τα εκδοθέντα παραστατικά, υπερισχύουν τα παραστατικά. Προφανή σφάλματα δεν δημιουργούν δικαιώματα.
Supervoice makes reasonable efforts to keep the Portal available and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Portal may be unavailable during maintenance or due to events outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Supervoice is not liable for damage arising from Portal unavailability, from the transmission of information over the internet, or from acts or omissions of the user. The telephony services themselves remain governed by your subscriber agreement.
Η Supervoice καταβάλλει εύλογες προσπάθειες για τη διαθεσιμότητα και ασφάλεια του Portal, χωρίς εγγύηση αδιάλειπτης λειτουργίας. Ενδέχεται να μην είναι διαθέσιμο λόγω συντήρησης ή γεγονότων εκτός ελέγχου μας. Στον βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από τον νόμο, η Supervoice δεν ευθύνεται για ζημίες από μη διαθεσιμότητα, από τη μετάδοση πληροφοριών μέσω διαδικτύου ή από πράξεις ή παραλείψεις του χρήστη. Οι υπηρεσίες τηλεφωνίας διέπονται από τη σύμβαση συνδρομητή.
Processing of personal data in connection with the Portal is described in the Supervoice privacy policy at www.supervoice.eu. Portal actions are logged for security and accountability.
Η επεξεργασία προσωπικών δεδομένων σχετικά με το Portal περιγράφεται στην Πολιτική Απορρήτου της Supervoice στο www.supervoice.eu. Οι ενέργειες στο Portal καταγράφονται για λόγους ασφαλείας.
Supervoice may amend these terms. For material changes you will be informed via the Portal and/or email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect; you will be asked to accept the new version on your next sign-in. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Portal — your telephony services are not affected.
Η Supervoice δύναται να τροποποιεί τους παρόντες όρους. Για ουσιώδεις αλλαγές θα ενημερώνεστε μέσω Portal ή/και email τουλάχιστον τριάντα (30) ημέρες πριν την ισχύ τους και θα σας ζητηθεί αποδοχή της νέας έκδοσης. Αν δεν συμφωνείτε, μπορείτε να διακόψετε τη χρήση του Portal — οι υπηρεσίες τηλεφωνίας σας δεν επηρεάζονται.
